    • Custom-made products, specifically tailored to your specifications such colours or length, are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

    • Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at cherry@sensorystimshop.co.uk to inform us about your intention to return an eligible item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure that the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact and included a note in the package with the original order number and your name and address.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. The return address is printed on your original parcel label or contact us for the return address

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
